MIPA takes over the industrial coatings division of HAERING with retroactive effect from 1 January 2024. Production of the acquired products will be relocated to MIPA Group sites. It will be relocated during the first quarter. And customer support will be gradually taken over by MIPA.
Focus on General Industrial Coatings & Niche Products
The HAERING sites and the HAERING brand and its product names are not part of the takeover. HAERING is in Unterheinriet, near Heilbronn.
HAERING also specializes in the production and sale of architectural paints and plasters. These areas also form the core segment on which the company intends to concentrate in the future.
The product range acquired from MIPA will focus on general industrial coatings and niche products for special applications.
Two foreign subsidiaries are also part of the takeover - HAERING Polska sp.zo.o near Bydgoszcz, Poland and HAERING s.r.o. in Brno, Czech Republic primarily sell industrial coatings and are therefore a logical part of the acquired sales package.
