Effective from February 8, 2023, Heritage Color, a subsidiary of Vivify Specialty Ingredients (Vivify) acquired Reitech Corporation (Reitech). Reitech manufactures and supplies water-based pigment dispersions and preparations to the coatings and graphic arts markets and is based in Reading, PA.
Strengthening Broader Product Offerings
The joint strength will serve the customers better with complementary resources and a broader product offering resulting in faster project turnaround. It accentuates the commitment to deliver solutions adapted to meet the needs of the customers.
