This is a Past Webinar

The right product is an important key to market success. Take PRIMIS®, for instance, a novel composite technology that is more than just a simple binder – it is also a highly effective solution for best-in-class dirt pick-up resistance and color stability with reduced snail trails.

By combining organic and mineral components, PRIMIS® composite technology delivers a completely novel property profile and thus significantly reduces snail trails in exterior architectural coatings.

Discover the details, benefits and applications in our webinar. Our WACKER expert will give you an overview including application tests, summarizing facts and figures on PRIMIS® composite technology.

Why should you view this webinar?

Through this webinar you learn more about the fundamentals of composite technology, the development of PRIMIS® composite technology and its performance in exterior paints, especially its high color retention, and reduced snail trails and dirt pick-up.

  • PRIMIS® composite technology combines organic and mineral components and thus delivers a completely novel property profile. The elastic, acrylic-ester-based, organic component offers strong adhesion and cohesion, good mechanical characteristics and hydrophobicity.
  • PRIMIS® composite technology does not require the use of compounds containing alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO). It is ideally suited for exterior masonry applications, where it ensures long-lasting bright colors, improved scratch and abrasion resistance, optimized thermal conductivity and low flammability.
