Durazane® 1500 slow cure is a low viscosity, methyl substituted organopolysilazane, based on a patented polysilazane technology. It is used as a binder in high performance coatings, which can be cured between room temperature and 250 °C.
Due to the low viscosity of Durazane® 1500 slow cure it is possible to make coating formulations with low solvent content. Once formulated, the coatings may be applied by dipping, wiping, rolling or spraying.
