Luwax®

Coatings ingredients supplied by BASF

Luwax® polymers are synthetic waxes produced by high-pressure ethylene (co-) polymerization. These products provide:
  • enhanced pigment dispersion,
  • even coloration,
  • very high color strengths, and
  • smooth surfaces.

Economical PVC processing with Luwax® products as lubricants gives top-quality end products. Coated and printed surfaces become more resistant to scratches, repel water more effectively or have better anti-slip and anti-block properties.
