EPON™ Resin 872 by Westlake Epoxy is a chemically modified, BPA based epoxy resin. It is semi-solid at room temperature. It can be used with all curing agents. It provides cured resin toughness and flexibility in comparison to liquid grade BPA epoxies but reduces elevated temperature performance. It is especially useful in applications requiring extra resistance to thermal shock or impacts. EPON™ Resin 872 is used in coatings. The shelf life of this product is 3 years.
