EPOLENE® C-23 by Westlake Chemical is a low color, medium molecular weight, branched low-density polyethylene. It offers a high melt point and viscosity compared to other EPOLENE® C-type polymers. It is useful to modify paraffin wax to improve grease- & scuff-resistance, MVTR, blocking temperature and gloss. It offers high-temperature stability, thermal stability and low-temperature flexibility. EPOLENE® C-23 is designed for extrusion coating of board stock.
