VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 805

VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 805 by Victrex is polyetheretherketone polymer-based liquid dispersion. It has been specifically formulated to provide a tough, resilient, high wear resistant coating with varying levels of lubricants to give good release properties. It gives more control over electrical dissipation to prevent build-up of an electrical charge. It is used when thinner coatings are required, where difficult geometries must be coated, and in instances where enhanced properties such as release are critical to performance. VICTREX™ PEEK VICOTE™ 805 complies with the compositional requirements of regulation 21 CFR 175.300 for resinous and polymeric coatings of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
