Polyisocyanate-crosslinking acrylic resin. Used in combination with aliphatic polyisocyanates for air drying and stoving metal coatings. These types of 2-C coatings are preferable wherever maximum resistance to chemicals, abrasion and weathering are required. Offers very good weathering resistance and gloss retention. Films are characterized by high scratch resistance, abrasion resistance combined with a good solvent resistance, as well as by good reistance to water and corrosive chemicals. Possesses a high pigment loading and very good pigment wetting.
