Liopur PFL 1198

Hydroxylgroup containing polyurethane modified polycarbonate, neutralized with dimethylaminoethanol in waterdispersed delivery form. Used as a sole binder or in combination with suitable polyurethane dispersions for 2C decor lacquers and soft-feeling lacquers with very good chemical resistance and scratch-resistance. Film formation of this product results in transparent, flexible films with a certain surface tackiness. Exhibts very good light fastness and resistance against temperature loading condition of the dried film at 90°C.
