PLEXTOL™ DV 245 by Synthomer is an aqueous emulsion of a self-crosslinking acrylic polymer. Exhibits good lightfastness and resistance to weathering & aging. The crosslinked film is very soft, extensible and slightly tacky at room temperature. PLEXTOL™ DV 245 is insoluble in water, resistant to many acids and alkalis and virtually insoluble in organic solvents. Applications include boil-proof & dry-cleanable finishing, non-slip paper coating.
