PLEXTOL™ D 512

PLEXTOL™ D 512 by Synthomer is a non-yellowing, finely dispersed aqueous dispersion of a methacrylic ester-acrylic ester copolymer. Exhibits good light resistance and excellent weatherability. It contains an anionic emulsifier system and is free from film forming aids, solvents and plasticizers. Masonry paints based on PLEXTOL™ D 512 exhibit a reduced dirt pick-up. It forms a clear, tack-free film above minimum film forming temperature. It can be used as an all-round binder. Primary applications include facade paints, synthetic resin plasters, coatings for concrete roof tiles, tinting paints, concrete coatings and primers for mineral substrates.
