Albester™ 5871 by Synthomer is a high gloss carboxyl-terminated polyester resin. Exhibits very good mechanical properties, storage stability and reactivity along with good color retention in direct gas-ovens. Designed for combination with Araldite PT 910 or Araldite PT 912 in 92:8 ratio. Albester™ 5871 is suitable for GSB and Qualicoat approvals.
