Exhibits excellent fungal resistance, dirt pick-up & cracking resistance, chemical resistance, fast drying properties and good rheological behavior. Possesses better chalk resistance for excellent color retention. Offers outstanding smooth appearance without showing brush or roller marks and superior durability. Provides superior adhesion to many difficult substrates for excellent colors. PA 1372 by Synresins is used in the formulation of high quality architectural paints that last longer than ordinary latex paints with a wide outdoor coverage such as coastal, damp areas where frequent cleaning and maintenance is unwanted.
