Low Voc silicon-modified acrylic co-polymer emulsion. It is a white liquid. Has good water resistance, flexibility and dirt-pick up resistance. Possesses good color fastness and good resistance to yellowing and chalking. Suitable for topcoats and emulsion paints. It complies with SARA Title III regulations (40 CFR 370) and RCRA regulations.
