Styrene acrylic co-polymer emulsion. It is a white liquid. Exhibits superior anchorage to spray polyurethane foam (SPF) substrates. Has exceptional elongation and tear resistant properties and good adhesion to masonry. Possesses good low temperature flexibility. Suitable for roof coatings and masonry clear coatings. It complies with RCRA and SARA Title III regulations (40 CFR 370).
