CHS-Alkyd AL 3220

Short oil alkyd resin based on coconut oil fatty acids. It is delivered as a low viscous 75% solution in methylethylketone and as an oil length of approx 32%. Recommended for metal non-yellowing coatings (with nitrocellulose, NC), for clear and pigmented NC wood coatings (furniture), for acid curing one- and two-component coatings (with unplastified urea resins) and for baking enamels (with urea or melamine resins, approx. 25-40% solid).
