SiliXan® T 300- 40/ W/ E

SiliXan® T 300- 40/ W/ E by SiliXan is an inorganic silicone-based binder supplied as 40% in water-ethanol. Acts as an abrasion-, corrosion- and temperature resistance agent. Provides easy-to-clean properties, and it can diluted with water or with ethanol, isopropanol or butyl glycol. The curing of SiliXan® T 300- 40/ W/ E is conducted at temperatures between 100°C and 500°C to achieve a high crosslinking. Suitable for applications in the area of tarnish protection coatings on stainless steel, aluminum, glass or ceramic. Used in solvent-based lacquers or paints, glass-like and temperature stable coatings (upto 800°C). Complies with EINECS, TSCA (USA), ECL (Korea), ENCS (Japan) and REACH regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. The shelf life of the product is 4 months.
