KR-212

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Shin-Etsu
KR-212 is a high molecular weight, methyl/phenyl-based, silicone resin by Shin-Etsu. It is used together with solvent-based acrylic resin. It shows excellent compatibility. It offers improved water repellency, flexibility & adhesion, high hardness and room temperature curability. It provides good wear- & water resistance. It imparts weatherability & heat resistance. It is recommended for heavy duty anti-corrosion, exterior building (chemical plant) and automotive paint (car, train). It is listed in TSCA. The dosage level of KR-212 is 10-50%.
