EPOTUF® 38-698 by Reichhold (Polynt) is a low VOC, acrylic modified 1K epoxy ester dispersion supplied in water and n-propoxy propanol solvent. It is recommended as a non-pigmented concrete bonding primer to increase adhesion between the concrete and topcoat. EPOTUF® 38-698 offers fast dry, excellent adhesion and good early water resistance. The shelf life of the product is 1 year.
