PChem® MB-4

PChem® MB-4 by Pioneer Chemicals is a biocompatible and recyclable acrylic resin produced by suspension polymerization process. Exhibits good adhesion to plastic substrates, good solubility and good pigment dispersion. Offers fast drying, weatherability, and UV resistance. Shows good optical properties such as high gloss, high light transmittance and low haze. It is soluble in aromatics, chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters and ketones. PChem® MB-4 is compatible with chlorinated rubber, vinyl resins, and cellulose acetate butyrate. It is recommended for use in gravure & flexographic inks, screen printing inks, casket coatings and plastic coating applications.
