ULTRAFLEX RESIN 300 by Pidilite Industries is an APEO- and VOC-free, medium soft, acrylic binder. It is designed for base coat with high coverage and excellent elasticity. It possesses excellent bounce back property. It offers excellent plate release and good print retention to the leather finish, without surface tack. It imparts clear, tough, medium, soft, transparent properties to films. Base coats formulated with ULTRAFLEX RESIN 300 shows very good resistance to cut through when embossed at high temperature, pressure due to low thermo plasticity. Recommended usage for finishing of F/G, C/G nappa & upper leather is 50-100 parts per liter and for split leather is 500 parts per liter.
