Orgal® D 2010

Self thickening, APEO free soft acrylic emulsion. Acts as a binder, developed for high-covering basecoats for full-grain and corrected-grain leathers. Displays low surface tack, superb plate release and very good print retention. Shows compatibility with the auxiliary ingredients commonly used to formulate basecoats. Can be used as the sole binder for a basecoat or it can be blended with selected acrylic or polyurethane dispersions to obtain a specialized balance of properties. It has a shelf life of 12 months at 5-40°C.
