Pliotec® SA65

Pliotec® SA65 by Synthomer is an APE-free, styrene-acrylic copolymer latex. It is a water-based cationic resin specifically designed for stain-blocking and architectural primers. It offers a quick-drying, early sanding film that blocks water-soluble stains. It prevents stain migration, water stains, markers, inks and tanning while ensuring wet and dry adhesion to a variety of surfaces like (masonry, wood, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, etc). It possesses good inter-coat adhesion with water-based and solvent-based topcoats. It is recommended for formulating low to zero VOC coatings. It blocks water-soluble stains. It provides good mechanical stability, water- and alkali resistance. Pliotec® SA65 has a shelf life of 12 months.
