Resipur® 2208 is an orthophtalic unsaturated polyester resin by Synthomer. Exhibits high reactivity and is free of impurities. It is delivered as 68% of polymer diluted in styrene. It may be cured at room temperature by addition of an accelerator (e.g. Cobalt) and an initiator (e.g. methyl ethyl ketone peroxide MEKP). Used in gel coats and top coats production. Shelf life of Resipur® 2208 is 6 months.
