Polidene® SL143 by Borchers (Milliken) is an aqueous anionic PVDC copolymer emulsion. It is recommended for applications requiring outstanding metal protection, excellent barrier to water vapor and oxygen is needed or high surface tension for holdout in porous materials. It is a high barrier for WVTR and OTR performance and is creasable. It shows oil and grease resistance and flexibility. Polidene® SL143 is designed for use in porous substrates such as kraft paper & paperboard and base coat for paper applications.
