EPI-REZ™ Resin 3546-WH-53

EPI-REZ™ Resin 3546-WH-53 by Westlake Epoxy is a low VOC, physically stable, 53% solids dispersion of EPON™ Resin 1007 in water and methoxy propanol. It offers good adhesion to metal and glass. It may also be used to modify ambient cure epoxy resin dispersions EPI-REZ™ Resin 3520-WY-55 and EPI-REZ™ Resin DPW-6520 to shorten the dry time, improve hardness development and increase the cured film flexibility. This non-ionic resin dispersion is used to formulate non-HAPS industrial ambient cure coatings in conjunction with waterborne EPIKURE™ amine curing agents as well in gloss enamels, primers or clear coatings. It is used in clear bake coil coatings, and pigmented bake & ambient cure industrial coatings. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 3546-WH-53 is one year.
