TAKELAC™ WS-4000 by Mitsui Chemicals is a water-based polyurethane resin by dispersing urethane elastomer in water. Possesses self cross-linking property by the evaporation of water makes it an excellent hard film with hydrolysis-resistance, stain and water resistance properties. TAKELAC™ WS-4000 is polycarbonate-based, for metal coating, anti-rust coating and hot stamping inks.
