EP40ND by Master Bond is a two-component epoxy grade with non-drip and toughened properties. It is used in aerospace, semiconductor, electronic, opto-electronic and medical device industries.

It offers good adhesion, low tensile modulus and high lap shear strength.
It meets NASA low outgassing and RoHS specifications.
EP40ND is an electrically insulative compound which functions from -100°F to +250°F.
It is easy to use and allows faster curing under heat.
It can tolerate rigorous thermal cycling, vibration, impact and shock.
It shows compatibility with metals, composites, glass, ceramics, plastics such as polycarbonates and acrylics.
