F–4092 by MACRO POLYMERS is a short oil, pentaerythritol esterified alkyd resin. It is recommended for vehicle refinishing air-drying and baking paint applications. It is suitable for fast drying industrial finishes & also for making heavy-duty primers. It can be used for auto refinishing, air drying and scaffolding finish. It offers good recoat ability, excellent gloss & gloss retention. It provides good surface through drying and good adhesion on metal surface. It is compatible with melamine-formaldehyde 268/910/970, urea-formaldehyde 8/9001 & short oil in xylene/toluene and limited compatibility with medium oil in MTO/WS. F–4092 offers good adhesion on steel and very good chemical resistance. The delivery form of the grade is 53-55% in xylene.
