Elvacite® 2823

Methyl methacrylate copolymer. It exhibits lower viscosity at higher concentrations and higher solids capability than comparable- & traditional acrylic resins. Offers good mechanical properties and low odor. Possesses solubility in acetone, toluene, methyl ethyl ketone and dimethyl carbonate. Used in solvent-based inks & UV-based inks and coatings. Applications include varnishes, industrial coatings and marine paints. Complies with FDA, TSCA, DSL, NDSL, ENCS, PICCS, KECI, AICS and IECSC.
