Hycar® NH3069 (EMEA)

Hycar® NH3069 (EMEA) by Lubrizol is a non-halogen, self-crosslinking, acrylic polymer emulsion. It imparts flame retardancy to cellulosic without use of additives or halogenated materials. It can be used with paper, cotton, rayon and glass media to impart mechanical performance as well as flame resistance. It shows excellent thermal stability while processing and provides strength and stiffness. Hycar® NH3069 (EMEA) is suitable for performance coatings. Suggested use level is 25-33% of dry polymer content in a cellulose sheet for vertical burn resistance. The shelf life is 6 months in standard conditions.
