High structured, high molecular weight phenolic modified rosin resin. Exhibits a good solubility combined with very high viscosity in mineral distillates. Possesses a strong structure and elasticity. Provides very fast setting, good press stability and low misting. Offers low tack, less gelling, good water balance properties, very high stability of rheology under high shear conditions and high gloss. Used in offset, gel and letdown varnishes, web offset, heatset, coldset as well as in sheetfed inks.
