SYLVATAL™ 20/25S Distilled Tall Oil

SYLVATAL™ 20/25S Distilled Tall Oil is a tall oil alkyd resin by KRATON. It contains 20 - 25% rosin acid content. This grade has low saturated fatty acid content. It is fluid at room temperature. This grade shows monocarboxylic acid functionality. SYLVATAL™ 20/25S Distilled Tall Oil is compatible with other liquid fatty acids and vegetable oils. It is recommended for use in varnishes. The shelf-life of this grade is 12 months. It is soluble in alcohols, aromatics, esters and ketones, while it is insoluble in water.
