Hydrocarbon resin. It is light color thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin produced from purified aromatic petroleum-derived monomers with a naphthalene elimination process. It is characterized by low odor and high level compatibility. It is compatible with many resins, mineral oils and polymers. Soluble in major solvents in industrial paints and is mainly used in industrial paints.
