EPON™ Resin 1031

EPON™ Resin 1031 by Westlake Epoxy is novolac-free, multifunctional epoxy resin. It improves the properties of cured epoxy resin systems particularly at elevated temperatures. This grade increases the crosslink density of cured systems. It has greater strength & rigidity, improved moisture resistance as well as retention of electrical properties. It provides the optical fluorescence and UV blocking properties. This grade offers uniform particle sizes, low melt viscosity, low ionic contaminants and good storage stability. It is used in powder coatings. The shelf life of EPON™ Resin 1031 is 5 years.
