DOMALKYD 3381 65 X by Helios Resins (Helios Group) is an alkyd resin based on dehydrated castor oil. It is supplied as 64-66% in xylene. It can be used in combination with melamine resins. It is partially soluble in higher alcohols & terpenes. DOMALKYD 3381 65 X offers non-yellowing resistance. It is suitable for stoving enamels, high quality nitrocellulose paints and lacquers. It is soluble in aromatic & chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters, ketones and glycol ethers. This grade is insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons and lower alcohols.
