DOMALKYD 1435 66 BAc by Helios Resins (Helios Group) is an alkyd resin modified with tall-oil fatty acids, supplied as 65-67% in butylacetate. It offers good anticorrosion and fast drying properties. DOMALKYD 1435 66 BAc is soluble in aromatic & chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters, ketones and glycol ethers. It is suitable for lacquers & enamels for wood and stoving primers. It is compatible with short oil alkyd resins, nitrocellulose, urea and melamine resins. It shows limited solubility in aliphatic hydrocarbons and higher alcohols. It remains stable for 12 months if stored in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C.
