DOMACRYL 524 60 X/SA/BAc

DOMACRYL 524 60 X/SA/BAc is a highly reactive hydroxy acrylic resin by Helios Resins (Helios Group). It is supplied as 59-61% in (2:1:1) xylene/ solvesso 100/ butylacetate. It offers fast build-up of hardness, gloss retention, outdoor stability and excellent mechanical properties. DOMACRYL 524 60 X/SA/BAc is specially designed for cross-linking with isocyanate resins for the formulation of non-yellowing finishing. It is suitable for industrial 2K coatings and automotive refinishing (top coats & clear coats). It is compatible with HDI isocyanurate, HDI-biuret, Desmodur L 75, vinyl VAGH, ester soluble nitrocellulose, CAB 551-0.2 and Domacryl hydroxyl resins. It is soluble in ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate, xylene, toluene, acetone, methoxypropyl acetate and methyl isobutyl ketone. Physical dying can be accelerated by the addition of cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) resins. It is partially soluble in solvesso 100 and solvesso 150.
