Dynasylan® M by Evonik is a methyl ester of orthosilicic acid. The surfaces of glass, metal, fillers, pigments and synthetic fibers can be coated with silicone dioxide. It improves the mechanical properties, chemical- and thermal stability. It can be used in scratch- and abrasion resistant coatings. Dynasylan® M has a shelf life of 12 months.
