EPS® 2559

EPS® 2559 by EPS is a high gloss, APEO-free styrenated acrylic emulsion. Offers excellent early water-, humidity- and corrosion resistance. Shows excellent block-, mar-, and print resistance. Compatible with water reducible alkyds. Exhibits excellent adhesion to concrete & masonry substrates and a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous substrates including various plastics. It can be used as a binder in tile mastics. Ideal for both DTM primers and topcoats by brush and roll application methods. It can be formulated with a variety of co-solvents to provide an optimum balance of application and drying properties. EPS® 2559 is suitable for high performance waterproofing paints on cementitious substrates. Passes ASTM D7088-04 and provides resistance to hydrostatic pressure for coatings used in below grade applications applied to masonry. This product is available in North America.
