Silcolease® UV Poly 220 by Elkem Silicones is a 100% reactive, UV radiation curable epoxy functional silicone polymer. Exhibits premium slow speed release values, reduced zipping effect, low coefficient of friction, excellent holdout, fast cure, low extractables and low blocking potential. It is a slightly yellow colored clear liquid. Particularly useful as easy release system against aggressive mass adhesive products such as bitumen, mastics and hot melt adhesives. Silcolease® UV Poly 220 is suitable for release coating on films & papers.
