Silcolease® RCA 12

Silcolease® RCA 12 by Elkem Silicones is a mixture of silicone polymer and resin blend reactive compound curing under a polyaddition reaction. Acts as a release control agent. Exhibits rapid polymerization, good stability of the catalysed bath and stability of the control of release force over time. Suitable for double-sided coating without blocking. Recommended dosage ranges between 1 and 100 % of the base polymer of the solventless Silcolease range.The product obtained by reaction of Silcolease® RCA 3 with Silcolease® CROSSLINKER 97 A or contains only substances permitted by the regulations currently in force concerning contact with foodstuffs (BGA Chapter XVA - XXXVI/2 - FDA-CFR 21 - 175-300 ; 176-170).
