BLUESIL™ BP 9878

BLUESIL™ BP 9878 by Elkem Silicones is an aqueous polymethylsiloxane resin based emulsion. Provides two fundamental properties of the silicone technology to the paint film: water repellency and permeability to water vapor. Can be used as co binder (with acrylic or styrene acrylic aqueous dispersions) for façade coating formulation paint or texture coating. For paints or texture coatings, using as co binder, this quantity is of between 10 and 50% of total binder (calculated dry/dry).
