NeoCryl® XK-12

NeoCryl® XK-12 by Covestro is a high gloss, self-crosslinking, modified acrylic copolymer emulsion for industrial and architectural coatings. It exhibits scratch-, hot blocking-, water-, alcohol- and chemical resistance. It is used in parquet & concrete flooring, wood sealers, primers, pigmented topcoats and transparent lacquers. It provides good sandability and good pore wetting. It is compatible with a range of acrylic emulsions and urethane dispersions. It requires the addition of coalescent like butylglycol or butyldiglycol for good film formation. The shelf life of NeoCryl® XK-12 is 12 months.
