AgiSyn™ 9721H by Covestro is cresol novolac epoxy acrylate resin for energy curable systems. It has low molecular weight dispersity, and it is specially designed for applications in alkali-developable liquid solder resist with low ultraviolet ray exposing energy as well as high linear resolution. It exhibits excellent chemical and heat resistance, high gloss as well as high surface hardness. AgiSyn™ 9721H is used in electronics-solder masks, screen inks, curtain inks and spray inks.
