PRIMAL™ PR-29

PRIMAL™ PR-29 by Dow is an acrylic biner developed for use as a water-borne stain-locking primer vehicle. It is a surfactant stabilized, APEO-free latex. Prevents the stain from migrating into the topcoat. Designed for use over wood and walls. It utilizes a specific chemistry, which gives stain-locking capability without needing to formulate with reactive pigments such as zinc oxide (ZnO). PRIMAL™ PR-29 is designed for interior, exterior, solid color/ pigmented stain, primer and sealer.
