PRIMAL™ AS-2010EF by Dow is an extremely soft acrylic copolymer emulsion. It can be added to topcoats to impart a pleasant, waxy feel. Primarily used in aqueous topcoats, PRIMAL™ AS-2010EF emulsion can be added, with prior dilution in thinner, to solvent topcoats. Its typical usage level is 1-3%.
