ELVAX™ 450

ELVAX™ 450 by DOW is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer terpolymer resin, filled with 18%wt vinyl acetate comonomer content. It contains butylated hydroxytoluene. It provides very good water vapor & gas barrier properties, toughness, flexibility and adhesion. It gives surface gloss, hardness and resistance to blocking. It can be used as a resin base for flexible, heat-sealable, hot melt coatings. ELVAX™ 450 can be used in industrial and wire coating applications.
