S-21 supplied by DKSH is low VOC, distilled, cycloaliphatic epoxy monomer. It is recommended for use in formulating UV-curable cycloaliphatic epoxide coatings systems. It contributes to primary film properties. It has both carboxylate and epoxy groups, with the potential for fast cure. It is designed for use in the preparation of inks & coatings. S-21 shows excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, low viscosity and rapid polymerization in the presence of strong cationic initiators. The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
